Webcam Green Screen error

Everytime I put the webcam on the discord desktop app, it just shows a green screen. Using the camera from windows works. Using discord through the browser works fine, except that I can't change the mic so it uses the shitty mic from the camera. No, using the OBS virtual camera doesn't work, even using the camera filter plugin. And yes I read the post about this that was from 2 years ago but I haven't seen any solution that works for me.

Any suggestions?
