Add other type of channels to Resources in Server Guide

Right now, only locked text channels are allowerd to be put in the resources section in the Server Guide, but it'd be useful to be allowed to put other type of locked channels as well.
In this server I manage we figured it was useful to make some tutorials for Discord and separate each topic into different Forum posts in a Forum channel, as most of our userbase has never used Discord and are clueless on how to use it, we know it can be overwhelming). Said forum channel is locked and only administrators can write new posts so that people can easily find each different topic rather than scroll through the channel trying to find what they want. It has been useful so far, but I'd love to be able to add this channel to the resources (we haven't enabled Onboarding because we're sorting out other things as well, like the “open channels only” requirement).
