Feature Request: Reporting Profiles/Profile Bios

There needs to be an option to report profiles/profile bios/etc. Only allowing you to report messages is incredibly unhelpful if a member joins with a clearly abusive/TOS-breaking profile and you want to remove them immediately before they can cause harm in your community. 

I tried to report an account that belongs to a VERY YOUNG and vulnerable child who clearly stated their age in their bio and I was told absolutely nothing could be done because I didn't report a specific message and I banned the user before they could send any messages. It's extremely disappointing that Discord expects users to put themselves in unsafe situations waiting for abusive/harmful messages to report rather than letting us report users directly from their profiles.
