Group DMs Owned by Deleted Account

When the account that owns a group chat is deleted, the deleted account keeps ownership of the group chat, so no one else can claim ownership instead.

This should be changed to give ownership to one of the other people in the chat, like it does when the owner leaves.

  great idea. loads of my group chats are owned by deleted accounts now and i need a way to get them back
