Ringtone and bandwidth

I understand that bandwidth is important, but it is extremely annoying. Extremely rude to the other person when they think you have hung on purpose when that isn't the case at all. Yet, doesn't apply when there is a private group call compared to a one on one. If there would be an option to turn off bandwidth that would be amazing. 

Ring tones when someone calls sounds like a Bing and then nothing after. No way to change the ring tone for people who want to know who is calling them. If there would be a way to change the ring tone or have a longer ringtone plus a vibrate option that would be cool too.
