Discord completely breaks itself [Discord Call]

As of today (October 19, 2023), for some odd reason, discord would break itself through the Discord Call by bugging out and making a buzzing sound from the other person's end. It would also cause any sound from the other person's end not come out (say, if they were talking, you would not be able to hear them, it would just be a buzzing noise on your end, but they could still hear you on their end).

Plus, it would cause any sound from your device to not come out. For example, you're playing a game and discord decides to break itself, any and all audio from said game would stop. As if you turned the game's audio off. Same with Windows notifications.

The only way that I have found to fix it is to restart Discord and even after that, it would continue to break itself after sometime.

Now, I do not know if its because of the connection (I'm in the US, and the other(s) are in Germany) or if its because of something else.
