PS5/XB to PC Discord streaming

Is there someway for us to be able to get a sharescreen like button that would allow us to mirror our console to our Discord sharescreen? 
I'm assuming this could be possible because we already can share screens, and discord api picked up activity from the PS5 already which displays what game you're playing etc.

(This would also work as a new remote play(Display/audio wise) that has less latency than Sony's official PS Remote play, the controller would still be connected to the console, only your screen and audio are mirrored into Discord)
