No Help From Support
I made support request over a month ago about being hacked and I only spoken to bots. No assistance from actually support has tried to help me, I reached out opened more request but they keep closing those ones. Genuinely its upsetting that I only spoken to bots twice within my request, discord support hasn't been helpful at all! I just want my account back, I had the other account the hacker put my email on removed but get no response or reply!

I submitted a ticket to Support approximately two weeks ago about a bug and nobody has even acknowledged my email beyond the first automated one that asks you reinstall the app and then to respond if you still need help. What the hell is going on?

My account is still going around trying to hack people. They even lock him out.

The Support is so unhelpful they don’t answer you and don’t help you

They've blown off my request for help as well. I've been waiting since September for a reply.

I'm pretty sure this is almost to the levels of a class action lawsuit. There's so many people effected by multitude of issues that support barely even has the capability of keeping up with or even caring about. Support sucks balls. Lol

Update: I still haven’t heard anything from them, even made another request but those get shut instantly. Genuinely I’m at a lost at how useless the support is, I been asking and messaging so many times to talk to somebody.
