Discord Support completely ignores an appeal while false-disabling the account immediately

Hello,
So, the thing is that I was joking with friends, and an hour before I got to sleep - my account was disabled.

While the account was falsely disabled WITHIN 1 HOUR, THE APPEAL IS BEING IGNORED FOR 20 HOURS! I'm dependent on my Discord, I do work, chat with people, etc.
Discord IGNORES A GOV-ISSUED ID. Within 20 hours there wasn't a single message/question from the moderators. How is this possible? I posted the appeal from Germany while it was 1 AM Indian Time, and it's already 10 PM.

I'm even not the one with this issue, I took a look into Support's “Other section” and I saw a bunch ppl complaining about the same problem. 

Discord is being so mean auto-disabling accounts ∞x times faster than checking the appeals.
I understand that this message is emotional, but it's hard to know how to feel when Discord is messing up so hard. I'm really nervous and angry about that, I check my inbox every hour, while I'm being disconnected from my servers, from my account I wanted to buy nitro to, from the work, from the connections.

This is a footer, it should be formal, but no - it can't be. I want a reply ASAP, Discord seems to slaughter its users a lot,

    Makes no sense for Discord to make some fancy AI updates that falsely ban people, while they don't give a crap about handling the errors.

    Mine was disabled for Violating Terms of Conduct after I used it twice to check emails for webinars. I don't recall posting anything that could interpreted as Violating Rules.

    You don't get a second chance to make a good first impression.

    I'm not impressed with the lack of response.
