Discord support ignores for several days, I was banned just like that
I submitted a ticket that I was banned just like that, because I was joking that I was 8 years old and some person took advantage of it. I specified everything correctly in the ticket, the photo was subject to the requirements, but the support rejected it four times! I received this answer after 24 hours, but I'm already waiting 3 days for them to unban me.
I ask you to review my ticket and unban my account, I pray to God that I will be unban, since I am the owner of a large community and this is my only way to earn. Please consider the ticket 40876433.

I've missed several webinars because my account was deleted with no specific explanation or venue to appeal.
I can't verify my account because they have it misspelled on my account. I can't fix it myself because I can't log into the account.
I've been chasing my tail for weeks.

They just closed my account with a vague ‘I violated Community Terms’- nothing specific. And any emails I did receive were ‘no reply’ meaning I had little recourse to contact them for addressing and rectifying the problem. So, they were aware of the situation and that was that.
Fortunately, the company that was using Discord to contact members, such as myself, regarding webinars and links for meetings got so tired of their antics that they dropped Discord and went with another venue.
Problem solved.

The same for me.
They were ignoring me for 10+ days at the moment. Either marking the message as “Solved” right away or delaying that by 24 hours. And during the last 10 days, there wasn't even a message from them.
