Add Ability to Pause Invites and DM's Indefinitely

Please add an option for us server owners to pause invites and/or DM's indefinitely, remaining paused until we turn them back on manually. Additionally, please allow us separate time limits for both of them, allowing indefinite for both, and with automatic limits beyond 24 hours. There are several reasons one might want to pause invites indefinitely, such as being away for an extended period of time, or to revamp the server, or to run a private server (only allowing people in when requested in advance).
