Ability to move Forum post to correct channel

I think that this has been posted at least once before but doing it again because it doesn't seem to be listed and/or searchable as a feedback item.

Moderators and/or owners need to have the ability to move a post from one forum channel to another. This should take the whole thread from one channel to the other. This is the most frequent issue that just about any “forum” community has aside from behavior issues.
