Voice Memos pause when outside the app

When you leave the mobile app, voice memos that you are listening to get paused. This is different behavior from other apps such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or Signal. It's way more convenient for the voice memo to keep playing because it means you can do other things parallel to listening to it. I hope this can be fixed sometime.

It also pauses when your phone is locked. At the same time, listening to voice memos doesn't prevent the auto-lock feature, which locks the phone when you don't use it for a certain amount of time. This should be fixed on it's own, but together with the pausing when locked, it makes listening to voice memos, especially longer ones, unnecessarily difficult compared to other apps.
