Change Profile Picture

Why the hell can't I change my profile picture on this website???? Literally ONLY on support.discord I cannot change the pfp. Says “It's set automatically, you can't change it here” WHERE THEN?????? And how the hell did this site manage to get the file of a pfp I drew in 5th grade on IbisPaint???? I'm using my computer on this site and I don't have that image saved anywhere except in IbisPaint. It's not my profile picture on ANYTHING.
