Tickets get closed without any reasons

My Account got falsly deleted. Support took 1 month to reply and say i opened the wrong category.

I made a new one. Got a reply that my account is fully deleted and there is nothingthey can do.

I replyed and now the ticket gets closed every day… and no reply.

  You're lucky you even got a reply, Im waiting 13 days for them to reply and my nitro boost streak is also gonna be gone in 2 days,

  I've sent the proof to them bjt they're still ignoring me

  Kamilla keeps closing the Ticket. Evry 5 Minutes sheis closing it without any reason.
