Why is Discord taking forever to re-enable my account?
So, I joked about being 6 and then joked about me being born in 2027. Someone took it literally and reported me numerous of times for both of these. Now my account is disabled and there was no problem disabling my account in 10minutes, but after numerous requests and tickets none of my tickets have been solved, with no response. I submitted my first ticket 3 days ago and yet there is no reply. I don't understand how it is a long process.
What is taking them so long?

Same thing has happened to me, I'm not quite sure why it's taking so long. One of my requests has been listed as solved, which it wasn't and I still didn't receive a response. I assume that the requests are currently handled by bots and most actual staff members would be put on more serious requests. Remember you do only have 14 days to get it undisabled so I would recommend opening another request and if it is listed as solved reply and try to give more details and keep the request opening. Hopefully a staff member will get to you in time. I've already lost most of my staff position and jobs and my account has been disabled for about 6 days now and it is quite frustrating. Try to get this post to more discord members and hopefully staff will see it.

Yeah, I resubmitted one today. I have resubmitted about 8 times. I've been banned before but I didn't really care about it but this time, someone gifted me nitro so I can want to maximise it. It still ridiculous how it takes so long, and how crap the moderation is to not tell the difference between a joke and someone being genuine.
But from what I have seen it seems to average around 10days but I have no intent on waiting that long.0 -
They have replied back stating the issue is solved but my account is still disabled, the discord support team is just trash. Like, they getting paid to do nothing.
