I wrote to support asking for a refund for Nitro because I forgot to disable the subscription and the money was debited from my account.

One of the great thing is that support is working on resolving all the issues mentioned in this ticket. One of my friend at Sonic Prices has also faced issues and hopefully those will be resolved soon.
