I can't log into my account and support refuses to help me

On January 2, I logged out of my account and when I tried to log back in, I was asked to enter 2FA or discord backup codes.
I do not have access to 2FA (lost).
There is no connection via SMS.
I have discord backup codes (NOT USED).
I tried to enter backup codes, but they did not work - the code was incorrect.
I tried logging in through the application and various browsers.
I wrote 3 requests to support.
In the first request they told me that they couldn’t help me and I needed to use 2FA.
In the 2nd appeal they wrote to me that based on the results of the investigation they couldn’t help me and I needed to use 2FA.
In the 3rd appeal they did not answer me anything.
I am 100% sure that I did not change my discord backup codes!
And I am 100% sure that this was a hack or a mistake on discord's part.
Some codes were not used! They were labeled as unused!
I don't remember why I should lose my account even though I have discord backup codes.
Support refers to the privacy policy, but in almost every answer they offer me to permanently delete my account simply via email (without additional confirmation).
