Help me.

I am trying to restore my account, on January 13th my account will be deleted. My account was disabled for a steamer of my age, but then I couldn't confirm it because there were personal problems. Today, I sent a photo of myself and the document. But they ignore me, I wrote tickets, but they were given the status "resolved", there is no answer in them, nothing. Just my photo and the message "I did as it was written in the instructions." Why am I being ignored? I wrote on Twitter, but there too. I really hope that my ticket will be reviewed before January 13 and I will be able to log in to my account. (important information for games is on my account)
