Please help :( -Disabled for Chageback after 10 days of submitting ticket

Hi all! 

Long time Discord user here- I mistakenly  purchased a year of Nitro and immediately sent an email to Discord support requesting a refund for the $100.   After about 10 days, I didn't hear anything back so I opened another ticket. No response.  I then file a chargeback filed acancelednd was banned within seconds with Clyde emailing me. I immediately canceled  my chargeback and sent the screenshot that it was canceled. only to get the SAME response from Clyde…. I opened ANOTHER ticket and still do not have access to my account.  It is getting close to 14 days and worried my account will be lost forever…  Please help

  Its worth trying to create a tweet. Here no one will answer you beside users with same problems.

  Hey! Yup, Did that as well, on my 3rd tweet as well…  I feel so dumb for doing the chargeback now- If only they even acknowledged my ticket in the first place, I would not have done that. Ugh. I also do not want to make a new account for fear of Ban Evasion Ban lol.
