Frustratingly Silent Customer Support, 10 Days without Help
I feel like I have been sending messages into the void. I have tried to talk to someone about my account for 10 days, and there's been no responses on all fronts. I tried both the Twitter pages, both main and support, as well as here on the support site. I tried checking to see if other people were having similar problems on Google, and I saw much of the same. Days, WEEKS even in some cases, of just silence. I understand that Discord is likely a busy company, and support is likely trying to catch up after the holidays. But to not even get a confirmation email that my appeals have been seen by even a bot…this has been for a lack of better words frustrating. I just want to hear from a human, to at least say they're reviewing my case. I've never seen such a thing happen, and my previous submission request of asking for some help was responded to in a single day.
All I want is just to hear from someone. I want my account back more than anything, and I feel like all the hard work I've put into multiple servers is about to be deleted. I am distraught and heartbroken over the level of silence I've been given by Discord. Since this is considered community feedback I'm giving Discord Support a 1/5 stars. You shouldn't make people wait this long with no response whatsoever. A simple “thank you for your appeal, your a representative will be assisting you as soon as possible” would have been enough. The only reason I make this post now, is as a last ditch effort out of desperation that someone might see this that is on staff and try to help get it pushed through the pipeline somehow. Or at the very least, if I could get an apology for the wait. Just to hear from anyone at all would mean a lot.
