Wait patiently, don't make new tickets, don't write messages in the current one

I have been, its been over 19 days and I still haven't received a response. How patient should I be?

Tomek how do you know that's a good idea?  The staff are notorious for ignoring people and closing cases way too early.

Good luck, mine was disabled on christmas which is 22-23 days ago now and still not a single real employee response.

Same thing here, account disabled due to an error from the payment provider, however, discord support has been extremely slow for 7 days and the only one who responds to me is the Twitter team who can't do anything.

"Experiencing a hiccup in my Discord account feels like navigating through the intricate layers of Japanese culture. Embracing the harmony of Wa, I'll patiently await a resolution, much like the delicate art of tea ceremony.

Yeah, with how big discord is I would’ve hoped their moderation would be better. It’s a genuine concern that they continue to ignore.

EasyC007 its not stuff that closes tickets but bots. We suppose to create a single ticket per case and wait (which people with “solved” tickets have not restricted") and support workers should inform us that there is huge delay in resolving tickets (which they did not). After applying a month ago, I finally got a response on the final day(day before my account gets banned), and whilst in discussion with a moderator, my account was permanently deleted due to it being a month of my account being disabled. If discords moderation was better I would still have my account, now it is forever gone, because they don’t have the power to go and undelete an account.
