    I am one of the few people who has had their accounts re-instated on the very last day (30th day from the receival of the ban). 

    Don't give up hope on them, they are working hard. 

    Don't lose your cool, they know their job.

     

    Stay respectful and they will try and assist you as much as possible.

    It's very complicated, yesterday I couldn't sleep because of the anxiety because of the bill, I have a CSGO server with 5K members, and I got banned due to an error on the part of my payment issuer, it wasn't my fault, it's hard to wait when I see in all the feedback people say that the trust team does not give due support to those of us who are banned. Understand?

    I have been ignored for almost 25 days now. My ticket literally got assigned to a staff who just always closes it after a few hours I reopen. I literally cannot make a new ticket because they get closed immediately too.

    Orochi Revoada I got my ban on 8th Nov, 2023 and got instated back on 7th December midnight (with just hours before my account was going to get perm deleted since we only have 30 days)

    It takes a lot of interactions, calm ones, keep replying back to their ticket to open them instead of making new ones. I did the same until I was able to prove my point.

    Arnav24avi How did you even get interactions. Everytime I reply like “please review, not solved” it get closed a few hours later.

    You are not supposed to be that vague while re-opening the ticket. Sending one-liners will not prompt them at all.

     

    Re-phrase your ENTIRE situation if they happen to close your tickets and be very very patient

    Arnav24avi I rephrased my entire statement at least 3 times and adding more information if needed when reopening. Still being closed which is why I'm just now reopening with small phrases

    Arnav24avi thank you for the informations, but anyway, the trust team is extremely slow and stressful to deal with, you are an exception. A company of this size should not have this type of problem.

    It shouldn't be that hard for them. You pay amazon just about the same for prime and the money is used on shipping costs… and they have customer service live chats that answer so quickly. Discord's give you emoji privileges… like really. I don't doubt they have the resources for live chat or at least a support team large enough to deal with the tickets.

    I would imagine Discord which is all about chatting would have support members live chat in discord itself and on their website. It's surely much faster to answer people and not have ppl bombard their ticket system. Instead of insta banning they could have a frozen probation account or something that let's you on your account at least but unable to type/respond in anyway with anyone. Then at least you could have a way to gather evidence to support your ticket claim because they don't open your account and look at anything themselves. When you suddenly get insta banned  out of the blue, how would you have any screenshots to support any claims…not that they read them or look at images anyway.
