Locked out my account for being underage, while i am a grown man with a job
I have received threats on discord but a “doxxer” which promised me he will disable my account, some hours later i get two emails at the same time from discord, one saying that i got disabled for being underage and the other saying i broke the tos.
I put tickets providing all the necessary explanation and proofs they asked including my selfie, username in a paper and ID with date of birth to prove myself but i still get no response from anyone and my ticket goes immediately solved
Please provide some help as i have important business on discord and i cannot just disappear out of the blue, i've used discord for 4 years and this is the first time and most frustrating thing i had to deal with so far

Sorry to say that but you can forget your account.
We´ve this problem for months.
No support here anymore, all accounts will be deleted, because there isn´t a human supporter anymore.
I´ll lose my account soon too, as an 30y man.
And I´ve small business too here for an +1mio german youtuber as an admin.
The only way should be a lawyer, but I don´t want to waste money for this.0 -
After 9 days of waiting, i've gotten a reply stating that i proved myself to not be underage and my account was unlocked.
