[RESOLVED] Account has been hacked and no help from support for over 40 days
On 20th December my Discord account (WolfisFT #4687) got stolen when I downloaded a file from a “friend's” link disguised as a game. Because I am on a games programming course in the university I got easily baited by a hacker without realising it.
He ended up changing the password and even my email meaning that he got access to it as well. The only thing that he didn't succeed to change was my phone number because I've managed to setup a 2FA in a short time I had to still retain some sort of grasp on the account.
Of course, in the meantime when my email was stolen he created a new account. I can be sure about that based on the support bot reply telling that they cannot revert email for my main account due to a new one registered on it. That complicates the situation even more.
It has been over 40 days and the only ever reply I got was from Discord Facebook team telling me that I have to wait. How long??? Please, someone help me!

The thing is that my email associated with my account was somehow changed, probably via session stealer
My 2FA was disabled due to the fact that you can just display the backup codes whenever you want for some reason, or regenerate them
The only thing that wasn't changed/removed was my phone number, which is useless without email
If my email wasn't changed, I could easily recover my account myself, but that isn't the case
That being said, should I create a new support ticket requesting for account deletion, then talk to the support agent that I get assigned to?

Could try putting in a request and see if they can delete an account based on phone number.
Though at this point, if they charged 2FA and your email, I couldn't imagine them leaving the phone number active. But, best to see if you can make the request anyway.

No, my hijacker was sloppy to say the least
2FA was merely disabled, not changed
Only my password and email were changed
I have no idea about the verification process behind changing a phone number, but from what I am seeing, its quite concerning
But I am really considering going down the path of contacting a person via account deletion ticket

I did so too. Made a new discord ticket telling them to remove the new account that was signed with my e-mail since it had 2FA enabled, so i couldn’t get access due to being hicjaked. Then i explained shortly After that i Got hacked and now my mail is freed. Only thing i need now is to discord revert the mail back to my original e-mail..

I just realized it's reached two months now and still nothing, no news etc. I give up.

Exactly same thing happened to me wth my account Vyrem #5838, i even got blackmailed by the hacker since my personal email got hacked too, every platform i had that email associated to got the problem solved to me sooner or later except for discord (2 months have passed), i cannot access that email (microsoft blocked it, it seems they do not recover emails just block them permanently) and discord team refuses to help, i even stated that i still have the phone number i had associated with that account, i even created a new account in discord in which im in the same server i used to be and with the same people, discord support team still refuses to even try to verify me as the creator to recover it, they just do nothing and allow the hacker to sell around my personal information, luckily i think i dont have sensitive informatio in discord conversations but still i have private ones with my ex, friends, etc.
