Discord support is ignoring me.
its been a month since I've fallen for the “I made a game” scam and lost my discord account and 2 other accounts to this, Ubisoft and epic games easily managed to recover my account within 2 weeks. But when I check back to discord, its been a month with countless follow-ups and I haven't got a single reply back.
Am I just going to keep getting blanked by support or do they actually bother recovering hacked accounts?

It has been over a week since I have sent my tickets to Discord Trust & Safety and they have YET to respond…

(It was about getting my account reinstated after it got disabled by a moderation bot)

23 days for me. Still waiting for anything at all.

Not only you, their support service is garbage. I pay NITRO with my account and they keep answering me with bots or no answers at all… shamefull, I will make sure to not pay anything to them ever again.

Yeah… I figured that their Trust & Safety team is one massive circus with moderation bots as the clowns and have whole elephants in the way of support. I am very lucky that my main way of accessing services is through a Gmail account and not my Discord one. While it sucks that I have lost all of those friends on my list that I may never get back, at least I still have Tails Adventure 5, Monsuno987 and Dreweyoh64 to keep me company on the platform with my two new account that I had made. Speaking of new accounts, I suggest you guys make your new ones just in case your old account gets deleted automatically (I recommend one for PC and another for mobile).

I fell victim to a phishing scam related to a fake game promotion, resulting in the loss of access to my account. While I've been able to swiftly recover my accounts with Ubisoft and Epic Games, Discord support seems to be unresponsive despite numerous follow-ups. It's been a month now, and I haven't received a single reply from the flamingo group Discord support regarding the recovery of my account.
