Disgraceful support, Going to have to file a report with the ACCC.
My account was disabled 22 days ago with no email as to why.
Not only have they failed to give me a reason they close my ticket with only bot reply's or no reply at all. One of the questions I have been trying to find a answer for is if they are going to continue to bill my CC after the account being disabled. The charge is planed to go ahead on the 11th of this month. The sum being A$178.98.
The other question was if I could get access to the data they have accumulated on me on my account seeing as I cant log into the app to request it myself. The last update I posted to the ticket was this question. They changed the status to solved with out posting a reply. I have also tried to contact support on Facebook and twitter with no luck.
Are support that arrogant or dip witted that they disabled paid accounts. No wonder they laid off 17% of their workforce.
./end rant. Are there any other avenues I can follow up to continue or am I going to have to wait to see if they charge me and follow up with the ACCC ?

I am surprised by how evident it is that they don't care, got my account disabled for no reason, with Nitro and everything and I keep receiving bot or IA answers and not even in my native language. They are LITERALLY refusing to do their jobs, I was being polite and trying to understand what happened (plus help to fix) but it is just like you said. Starting from today, I am gonna wait for just a few days to check if they are actually going to do something or not, otherwise I will be in need to find and use my rights as a customer. If common sense is not enough, maybe the law will make them work. Good luck for you, but don't expect too much from them, terrible support service…

There's also informal resolution via dispute@discord.com. But I'm not sure if doing this voids other rights. Best check the terms of service.

How would that void the rights? Sounds kind of silly.
