Discord Falsely Disabled My Account.
Unlike other people on here who were disabled for other more severe reasons I was disabled for spam and or platform abuse. I don't know why this would be considering I have used discord for 7 years and have been paying nitro monthly for the past 2 years so obviously I care very much about discord and don't break any rules or guidelines. Unfortuntely discord has ignored me for 14 days and my account might be permanantly deleted because they ignored me. I hope someone from discord support is considerate enough to look at this and help me because I really really don't want to lose my account.

My account *was* deleted. For reasons they refuse to tell me. And I know I didn't break ToS. It's not a question. Their AI just pulled a false positive on me and that resulted in my deleted account.
This is why Discord gets no more money from me and I'm happy to let everyone know what'll likely happen because of their lacking support.1 -
Kuzunoha Can I just ask, did your old messages remain on your servers (as Deleted User or whatever) or did they disappear completely? Your DMs? Having the same issue at the moment, mostly over it other than the inconvenience, but want to know if I need to back up my old servers too or if they'll remain after my account gets wiped.

ヲタ , I'd just go ahead and back them up. Better to be safe than sorry. I do know that it says ‘deleted user’ on the few places I've seen them. But due to what happened to my account prior I'd already made the jump and replaced everything.0 -
Yeah, good call. I'll export as much as I can before the deadline. Thanks for the advice.
Sorry this happened to you! It super sucks that we have to deal with this for something that wasn't our fault, but that's life, I guess.
