Mistakenly reported transactions as fraud, accidentally got my boyfriend disabled over it.

The title is pretty self explanatory. What do i do here?? I emailed support already and told them it was a mistake, what are the chances he sees his account again? Because it WAS a genuine mistake, I'm just a bonehead and forgot i was paying for his nitro and assumed it was either a double charge or fraud.

edit: i ONLY went through discord, have NOT gotten a refund and did NOT charge them back. this should be open and shut easy to reverse.
