Regarding a Banned Account
Hey so my friends account was banned earlier, discord did not bother to give a proper explanation to the ban. While they haven't done anything that really violates discord terms of service. I would provide with the details of their account if you guys can reach out to me. Emailing for my friend didn't work as the auto reply turned down the request. I'd like to at least understand the reason behind the ban.

Check email. When discord banned me because of fake underage they send two mails that I have been banned and why I was banned with steps to appeal.

we tried but there's just one mail which links them to the account standing within discord (so opens the login space)
