Discord not sending emails regarding requests
A week ago my account was disabled for a server I was in 3 years ago. I've sent in appeals every single day trying to get my account back, and none of them have recieved any response. Yet, when I send in an appeal using an email different from the one used to sign up with the account, a response is sent (of course, to tell me they won't respond because of privacy issues). I have 6 days to get my account back before it's deleted permanently. I've even reached out to the social media accounts for the support team, still no response. It's like they're purposefully ignoring my appeals.
I know it's not an issue with my email, because using the “missing/delayed emails” request form gets a response.

Sending appeals every day does nothing, ticket systems aren't a massive inbox where they'll be more likely to see if it you send more, it's a queue. As long as your ticket is open and isn't “awaiting response”, your ticket is in queue.
In fact, I've heard that sending a lot of tickets can get you blacklisted from support for other services, no confirmation on this regarding Discord's support though.

You pretty much just sent yourself to the back of the line with every new spammed appeal. Just send ONE and WAIT.

Don't they send an email to tell you the appeal was received though? I remember they had that a few years ago, that or I'm mixing it up with a different site. I'm less worried about the time it's taken and the fact they aren't receiving it.

I've been on the other end of these systems before, if it's marked “open” it's in queue even if you haven't received a response. Just check in here: https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/requests and make sure the ticket is open and not awaiting response. If it's open, the best thing you can do is wait.
