Discord account reactivation

Recently Discord sent me an email regarding my account being deactivated, they went over what I did wrong and how to fix the problem. I sent them a reply email as it said to do if I had any inquiries for them. This email specifically specified if a Birth Certificate worked as I do not have a photo ID. My parents have told me that to get a photo ID, I need to get a driver's permit. Discord replies to me repeating the same email they had sent prior. What should I do?
