Unreasonably long ticket time
I have a ticket that is marked as open for a hacked account, but it hasn’t gotten a support message for the past two months. What am I supposed to do about this?
I have asked for updates and received nothing, but occasionally I’ll see that the latest time it was looked at was updated, with the last time being 12 days ago…

I'm on the same boat.. got my account hacked nearly 2 months ago and I still have no response. The account that hacker made under my account is deleted for weeks now and ALL they have to do is assign my email back with my account …
There even has been activity literally few hours ago but they didn't respond, assign the ticket to real person, nothing. It still says “last activity 5 hours ago”… i don't get this

Yeah, I'm thinking that on the backend, the Discord system itself and the staff are going through a crisis regarding this at this time. I filed a support ticket about my hacked account situation in late January and I still have yet to get a follow-up response on what actions I need to take to get my account itself back. This is literally unacceptable with all due respect.

Just abandon the account, support is a joke

At this point i'd love them to even delete the account.. but they do nothing, and the hacker has still access to it, unsure what they can do with it in the future

If you make another account I recommend giving discord as little info as possible (though they seem to have succumbed to their phone number addiction) and routinely delete your messages with a script like Undiscord. They can't be trusted and don't give a single shit about anyone. But yeah that account is theirs now

The fact that they didn't change anything on my account and that i still have phone number connected to that account gives me a hope that i can still get it back. All Discord has to do is change my email back to my original one.. i do believe it's not lost yet.. My alt is made under different email though so i doubt Discord will care about that.

Yeah no discord trust and safety is the worst support team i've ever seen. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH ANYTHING.

The ticket was started and they said they would look into it on Jan 9th, literally no communication until Mar. 19th when I was told I have my account back
