The worst support I have ever had and will ever have to deal with

I recently submitted a request because I thought my account had been hacked. €9.99 was debited from my Paypal account. This request was ignored without any form of feedback.

I then changed my password and created a new application in which I wanted my money back. When I tried, I only had to deal with the support bot and was ignored. I tried this a few times with no success or response.

Then I opened a dispute with Paypal because I somehow wanted my money back. The conflict is still open because Discord hasn't reported it either.
However, shortly after I opened the conflict, the first response came from Discord. This email said that my account would be blocked. Apparently I had violated agreements or something similar. Although I first contacted support to sort it out.

Now I'm blocked and had to create a new account.
