support and security are terrible.

Discord needs to invest in better security and support team. It is atrocious to say the least. It should not take more than a couple hours to recover an account. This worked when they were starting out and brand new but now the app has MTX out the ass and a huge base of users, it is time to spend some of that money upgrading things that actually matter and protect said users. I have to believe they understand how severely bad it is to lose or have your account hacked when you can plug literally almost anything into Discord.
