Trying to access account with old number

I have recently changed my phone number, and my discord account is currently under the old number. As I was changing it, the app decided to kick me out and ask for a verification code. The problem is, that my account is still under that old phone number and there isn't any way I can receive that code. I'm trying to get back into my account to change it. It's ridiculous how there isn't an option I can't receive the code through my email.
