Discord not being able to help reseat my email/password due to “safety policy”
So I have had my discord account gone for nearly 2 years now . I’ve made this account just today so maybe this appeal will get some attention. So before I had lost my account the email I used for it was deleted, but with it being deleted there was never any trouble logging in, I logged in fine everyday with no problems, I wake up the next day and try logging in and I get a “New Login Detected” so I’m confused so I looked it up. I had 2 options, I can retrace my steps to log in back to where I first logged into or check my email. I retraced to where I could’ve logged in and nothing worked. I knew immediately and remembered that the email I had for this account was already deleted prior to this happening. So i tried emailing discord themselves and basically asked if they can go into my account themselves, and change the email or password that I give them, one that is only accessible to me so i can have access, but to sum up what they said, they basically said no due to a “safely concern” issue and will continue to apologize for saying that’s not the answer I was looking for. I kept trying every few months to try to get it back but I kept getting told the same answer. I even asked what if I can prove it’s mine? I can provide the old/deleted email thats associated with that account, my name with the number ID, and the password but it’s like im only talking to bots. I ask that we are able to change this “safely and concern policy” in the future. I still want my account, everything I know and friends that Ive known for years online are on there and I don’t want it gone. I feel like discord should bring back being able to retrieve our accounts for us when we’re unable to access them, whether they ask us to provide information on the account or any process that they can ensure the account is ours before they proceed to help us. I still remember my email, password, and name with name ID to it, I just want my account back discord after 2 years of rejection. In the close future, discord, please be able to do this and update this stupid policy. It’s stupid when I provide information of the account and prove it’s mine but you guys still choose to deny me due to your “strict safely and policy”. This has to be changed.

Discord Support team is most probably just bots. The last time an actual human responded to me was months ago. Don't waste your time with them, they don't support in any way. Worst support team I've ever seen.
