Discord account disabled for a month with zero reply from discord and now deleted
My discord account which i received no warnings on got disabled a month ago, this account was literally 3 years old and had a lot of people that didn’t have phone numbers and discord was my only way of contact. Recently, the account randomly got deleted and all of my appeals were marked with solved? In my opinion i believe that not even warning a user or giving any such confirmation of what happened to their account is horrible customer service and should be dealt with.

Quick update discord tells me my account is banned until next year without telling me wtf i did

They disabled mine and never answered. They keep marking my tickets as solved with no reply. Their service sucks.

I agree Yuhibian, I've submitted a request over a week, ago, nothing but a singular bot reply, and they've all been marked as solved, most likely by some bot.

It's frustrating when platforms like Discord don't provide adequate support, especially for long-standing accounts. Have you tried reaching out to Invisible Text their support through other channels.

So yesterday I got disabled for doing a violation TOS (I dint do and violation but few days back acc was hacked and did mention this also but they ignored)or something and sent a request too and they respond back saying the same thing which made me soo mad and upset and now usually I think when ppl get the acc disabled bcuz of a violation they usually mention how many days or something but nothing was mentioned properly. If any discord member sees this mention when will my account get enabled or at least say how tf can I delete disabled. Anyways congratulations on disabling my acc and discord is the reason I am frustrated,stressed,angry and upset bcuz I had soo much memories of my chats and lost friends contact

Frustratingly, the account has now been permanently deleted.
