Got hacked, and they are taking forever to look into the situation
I've been waiting for like 4 days to get a response about my account. They said they don't know how long this will be resolved. I done another ticket to maybe getting a faster response since its more recent, when i replied to the Clyde bot that I can't get on my account still, they put it as solved when no help was involved. I just want to have the email set up as my previous because the hacker changed my email and password that it no longer exists for an account.
I gave all evidence for my situation, but still taking forever to get this resolved.

I'm sorry to tell you this, but I lost my account the exact same way to a hack and It has now been about 32 days of no reply. I hope you're ready for a long ride because these kinda tickets take a LONG time to get a reply on, also careful with making new tickets. You will be put In the back of the queue and It will automatically be put as “solved”.
I know this Isn't exactly what you wanted to hear but It's sadly the reality nowdays with support, I hope you didn't have anything Important or personal on your account because he'll have It for awhile. I lost everything on my account because of the wait time, on day 22 It had been completely nuked and he had sold It off to someone. So all my servers / friends etc I had are deleted.
You bet I was furious when I saw It happen but at this point It doesn't really matter anymore when they reply.1 -
That's the same thing in regards to my Discord account; to this day I am still waiting for the Discord Trust and Safety department to get back to me regarding a follow-up. My respective ticket is still open and so far, from other people who've gotten it touch with me via other means, my account is still there (and the one server that I own which I'm not able to access at this time; thankfully, there are no public invite links for it).
But yeah, this is without a doubt shameful and disgraceful. This is one surefireway for trust on a platform like this to literally hit rock bottom.0 -

George Rodrigues Thanks, man; I'm currently investigating my options at this time. But this one thing is clear, though - I'm determined to immediately report who did this horrid mess to my respective account since nearly two months ago. As I said in my original post about my own case, this is nothing short of CRIMINAL ACTIVITY and the PEST who's responsible for stealing my Discord account itself needs to be BANNED FROM THE PLATFORM OUTRIGHT. They cannot get away with this horrifying damage.
Rapanui Same case as yours, man; only that my account was unfortunately compromised the day before. Filed the support ticket itself immediately upon become aware of the matter from others who noticed “suspicious messages" from my account via DMs in hopes their accounts will fall for this said horrifying mousetrap. I assume you also filed a support ticket immediately for your case as well, right?0 -
MeritC I hope you're doing well, has the situation been resolved yet? We're all still thinking about you, and also, aside from the brand change from We Are Daisy to Princess Daisy News Network (PDNN) and the hackers and raiders were getting, there's not much above you in our minds… we're also worried about Castle Kings (inactive for nearly a year) and Gaudimann, who's also been hacked…

George Rodrigues - Actually, if you read my previous follow-up topic to my case, it has been resolved a few weeks ago; I've just been doing some maintenance on the backend and Juju is already aware (along with Mie/Nik). Ask them for my current Discord username handle because I don't want to disclose it on a public forum like this.
But thanks again for your wondering about my situation itself (since once again, Nik and Juju managed to reach me here too).0
