support team keeps ghosting me

my account got disabled for trying to refund a nitro gift that i bought by starting a dispute through paypal, i have closed the case and opened multiple tickets but discord support keeps ghosting me and marking my tickets as solved with no response whatsoever and im now trying at the very least to cancel the nitro subscription that is currently active on said disabled account yet im not getting a response from the support team.
