Custom decorations creations and Able to Sell it

1. Options to upload their own custom made decoration, avatar, icons and be able to sell it
2. Official guide and dev support and tools to create custom decorations
3. Official dev and file format to know which tools or file format to develop the custom decorations and provide a way to scan for safety of the aforementioned decoration file
4. Seperate into two shops for the decoration, avatar, icons shop: the Official pre made shop and the Fan or Creators shop. The Fan or Creator shop have an option whenever a some decorations, avatar, icon receive high purchase or uses on an official meter user can get a option to upgrade to Official shop
5. Create events/contests for users to develop unique Decorations and give bonus for the winner of the events/ contests
