"You broke Discord's Community Guidelines" (?)

Hi,

Your recent activity broke Discord’s rules and we have taken action on your account. You can learn more about this violation by viewing your account standing.

What is this? This came to my email today hours ago and I'm so nervous about this. I need a response from the support.

Is my account disabled without plausible reasons? Simply “you broke our rules, bye bye”? This isn't funny at all. No way! Give me my account back!

* I just clicked on a link. If the link is harmful, you guys could remove it, not my account! You guys need to pay attention to what you do!

    Same thing happened to me. just make a ticket and appeal the decision. if you get a random bot response. respond to it and rinse and repeat until you get a real person. sorry about your situation.

    I'm trying to get my account back… I don't want to lose another account. Discord support should be diligent, since Discord is a safe place, right? But well, that's not true.

    I'm tired from trying a lot… but if it's needed, I'll do it.

      the only way to get our account back is praying that that a human reads your appeal. so just make sure to keep an eye on your appeal. if its marked as “ closed ” then send in another message to keep it open. dont spam emails or messages because that just puts your appeal lower in the queue. i hope you can get our account back. fortunately you have 30 days until your account is deleted. of course you can still recover a deleted account afterwards but your username and nitro status ( if you had one ) will be gone after you recover it.

    i don't know, i think it's becoming common… Discord is a safe place, but their support is weak, there are no real people working for us

    Literally tho I have had my account since discord came out YEARS AGO 
    never had any issues and boom Went to breakfast after talking to friends in discord 
    and I am disabled for Either being in a server that got removed or posting violent / S#xual content 
    which I haven't done like come on. this entire policy of One server gets yeeted due to spam bots and I'm just blanketed. 

    They really need to do better, I've asked for more information and clarification on what I've done and no response

    I will still hold from everything I see they need to do better

    But they just did good by me

    I asked for a human review and 

    My appeal was accepted/processed 🥹
