We all know that a real person is much better and capable of giving a response… a better response than a bot's. I want my account back! If a link is harmful, just remove it, but not my account!

Have you tried submitting a report to Discord's trust and safety team specifically regarding the fact that your account was hijacked and nothing else?
It seems like all tickets are initally processed by bots, so some might be autoflagged and filtered before they can reach the eyes of an actual human.

My account was not hijacked. I just clicked on a link, but it is not “heavy” at all. Even if it were, it would not be a reason for such a report. Am I wrong?
Yeah, all tickets are responded by bots, it is wrong… It is definitely wrong…
I think that bots are effective, but in certain roles and areas. Except responding tickets.

I think that the bot system is in in order to sort and direct tickets to their corresponding teams, as well as to combat spam and whatnot.
Would you mind telling me of what happened after you clicked the link?

Well, I could say that nothing strange happened after I clicked the link. Actually, I think I could have copied an image (don't judge me please…) that the support could have thought was against their rules (I don't know what's going on their heads, but I don't think it's right). I was off Discord (away from my computer or phone, I mean) for a minute or two and came across the login panel. I tried to log in, but “it is disabled”. It's not the first time—I lost another account because of links and they are doing the same thing.
Their rules are very strict and flawed. You know? I'm almost leaving Discord because of this.

What you are seeing at the top of my post is the email I was provided with. And as you see, there is no explanation. I was only disabled because I "violated their rules”.
I'm trying to ask them for explanation, but nothing.
