Support Tickets being marked as "Solved"
I am at a loss. I am extremely mentally distressed, I have been trying to navigate every avenue of support possible to be able to get in contact with Discord and overturn my account being falsely disabled.
I have never experienced support worse than this. It seems like there really isn't a single possible way to talk to a human being when it comes to Discord. My experience with the ticket system is abysmal. 18 days ago, my account was falsely disabled for: "involved in activity related to malicious hacking, fraud, account or credit-card hacking," and/or attempting to damage a computer network or machine". I believe the reason my Account was disabled was because I was in (and previously a server owner) of a now-deleted server. I have no idea why it was deleted, but I am aware of Discord blanket-banning everyone who participated and/or was in an offending server. The only thing I did within this server was bump a couple bots using the "/bump" command, per request of my friend. I then transferred the ownership of the server once I was done and ceased all activity within the server. I am completely innocent and have been trying to get the decision to disable my account overturned through the ticket system.
I made a ticket 18 days ago and didn't do anything for 16 days because I was being patient and waiting for support to answer. I decided to log onto Zendesk here to view the status of my ticket so I could see if I maybe missed a response. Turns out my ticket was marked as solved within 3 hours of making it. So I responded to it and it was re-marked as “open”. I waited and received an automated bot response after 3 hours saying that they “will not reinstate your account”. I commented again, refuting their claim but the ticket status was stuck at “solved”. So I was forced to just continue and make a new ticket with very clear, concise, and compact information so that a human won't skip over it. Essentially the same thing happened for about 3-4 times where I had to respond to my automatically solved ticket to get a bot response saying the same thing. Now, every ticket that I make is instantly marked as "solved" & cannot be marked as “open” after I respond to it.
No matter what category I make a ticket, no matter what material is in a ticket, no matter if it's a follow-up ticket, they are instantly marked as “solved” within seconds of creation. I have done every method of communication that I can fathom to get into human contact with Discord so that I can get my Account Suspension overturned, but all my work has netted me nothing. I have nothing else that I can think of. My last resort seems to be here.
I have reached out & explained my situation to 3 Discord Twitter Accounts, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, Official Discord Servers (which cannot help), commented on all sorts of social media posts under the Discord name, contacted General Attourneys & Discord Staff, and have been met with nothing but, “Sorry we can't help” or pure silence. I just want to talk to a real human being involved with Discord at this point.
I'm so tired… I want my friends and memories back.. I didn't do anything wrong..

Honestly it is beyond ridiculous. I've never known any customer support to be this bad. Even the more notoriously bad ones have been fine with me. It's customer support like this that makes Karen's istg.

I’m in the same boat with getting no human response from Discord support. Except, in my case, my mistake was being stupid and falling for a scam. Anyways, yea, it would be great if we could get any communication. :(

Same experience here. Got disabled falsely for my age (I'm 21) so I provided photo ID in my appeal. After 18 or 19 days I saw it was marked as solved, but as of now I'm STILL unable to log in. Genuinely ridiculous, I've been trying to tweet at them for a good week now with no response. This has to be the absolute bottom of the barrel, worst customer support I've ever experienced

Same issue here. The discord team member Mark Gio is a joke.

same here. account got hacked, they asked me for the email that is associated to the account (The email i dont know that belongs to hackerman).
I tell them that, then they copy paste the same message again, i answer a couple of times just for them to not respond, and change it to solved, 3 TIMES4 -
I just submitted a ticket for being disabled for being “under the age” when I’m clearly not under the age and it was marked as solved. This is the second time this has happened to me. I’m sorry they keep marking your stuff as solved

Same here, i got “fraud” ive also tried contacting my bank they said they will look into it and they closed my damn card like WTF

Same, I got banned, and Discord keeps closing my tickets with no response. Acc was banned ~2d ago.

my ticket got solved too but my account is still suspended

Same here! They said my account won't be reinstated, So I tried submitting a new ticket. Few hours later it gets automatically marked as solved, This just shows that support won't care or even help me anymore as they've completely justified the ban, this sucks..
