How long does age appeal take?

My accout got disabled supposedly for someone reporting me being under 13

I've already appealed with id, about 12 hours ago. How long does it usually take for support to take actions and is there any way to speed it up?

I'm content creator and I have a lot of stuff, including work tied to my discord account, so I need to get it back asap

    Cyberplush, yes, just 5 hours ago, after about 4 days they restored my account
