Tickets Automatically 'Solved'

My account was disabled recently for age, reported for being <13. I submitted a ticket with proper documentation proving that I am actually 18, and I haven't seen a singular response – bot or human. I tried reaching out on Twitter and Reddit to no avail.
My ticket was eventually marked solved, but to my disappointment nothing had changed and the ticket was dealt with by a bot. I made other tickets but they are now immediately ‘solved’. I feel like im losing my mind, surely it shouldn't be this hard to talk to a discord employee of some kind?
