Filed a ticket for my acc being compromised, a bot sent a canned response with no actual useful advice and one hour later my ticket is marked as solved???
So long story short, silly me got a message from a friend claiming that she had “accidentally” made a “massive report” on me and we will be banned if I cannot convince the discord staff that I am not involved, then I added this guy called Rhys to resolve the case, claiming to be a legit staff and even sent a real looking cv of him in discord, felt fishy but my brain was somehow not working right, relinked the account to his “temporary email” and boom, my acc is gone. Only to realize that I fked up when he slaps a whole paragraph of federal laws and shit and tells me to buy BTC and transfer it into an acc that is an automated system and that the fee will be reimbursed to my bank after the validation is done, I tried to log back in with my phone number (Which is prb still linked to the acc cause instead of account does not exist I'm getting code and sending reset password email to the linked email) and was told that my password is wrong. Then I filed a ticket of course with all the screenshot including the screenshot of my setting before I relinked the email and stuff and all the conversation that I took from the start just to be cautious as evidence, received a canned bot message from Cylde within 2mins, and nothing else. Seven hours of waiting later I went back to check just to find out that my ticket is already been marked as solved one hour after I filed the ticket, no real human contacted nor any help was given at the process, how does it look like it is solved in your eyes Discord support team???

I fell for the same guy 2 months ago and I'm still waiting with my open ticket. But for your solved ticket that's strange. Maybe because u didnt add a new reply after this Clyde Bot message?

jaydon Prb, I replied again and it stayed as open, got a reply stating the waiting time for it to be solved is unknown, but I have all the conversation screenshotted and my phone number is still linked, shouldn't be hard to prove the whole thing right? That was like 30 screenshots in total and including a photo before the relink of the email, showing the linked email and phone number. Its becoming more of a nightmare for me cause a friend of mine that knows about the situation sent me a photo that my account is trying to do the same shit to her, hope my friends will notice the change of my tone in words…

xxreitoxx Open a new ticket with stronger words, I saw someone posted that support came back for his friend after this and got access within half an hour, we can't just let them slide away from their work and get paid

xxreitoxx Have you replied the canned bot message when it was auto sent to your ticket at first place? It seems that they will mark it as solved if no replies were made as they wrote in small words saying if you need further assistance please reply directly to the mail, that's prb what happened to me after like seven hours I checked and realize it turned into solved

xxreitoxx Yea, with a new email, I've only recovered like 15 of my friends as I don't have other contact method of theirs, and I've lost most of the servers and I would say 85% of all my contacts
