Question: Discord Tickets
Hello I happened to make this post to ask a Question for curiousity: So while I was checking my Ticket Status on support.discord website here for updates because I got scammed by the discord scam trends while gotten my Main Discord Account Hacked, as I noticed my Other Tickets have marked as Solved Status but one Ticket is still has a Open Status, as other 4 Tickets have closed due to Duplicates but has the Option to create a follow-up, as due to me having out of Panicking as I happen to let that Panicking get to me, while other 3 Tickets have the option to add in Conversation, anyone here know what does that mean? 🤔 as I would love to know there 😲 as I am currently waiting-patiently!

Please don't bother creating duplicate tickets as the system will automatically mark them as solved.

jaydon ah alright, as currently still patient of awaiting for their reply, as do you know when do they reply back, as just curious to know! 🤔 and do I also reply or update them of the open ticket status there or?

If u have not since most of the posts yet, this app's support is absolutely garbage. For me, I have been waiting with an open ticket since Feb 14 after they said they have escalated my ticket for the team to look into.

jaydon ahh I see and I noticed they left the one ticket I have that was Open status one, do I need to update them about it or just wait for their reply? As they left it Open Status but no replies from them there! 😲 as not sure what to do there

same for me @Xionkai. Turned out that per the pic I got sent via Twitter, I got an attempted hacking attack that forced me out. But unlike others the email and password were changed, not the username, nickname and profile pic.

johnramos85 yeah I think the hacker changed my email and iirc password but not the username, nickname and profile picture afaik there

If u have info to add then add, if not just wait. (I guess you can add a follow up message after 1 week, and then stop after that)
