Anyone got update from your tickets regarding of being escalated?
I wanna see how the situation grew since someone did a post asking about the status of recovering account like five days ago, did it go into a better status or not? I've got in touch with some conversations and heard about a lucky few who had gotten access again after filing a ticket and waiting a short while, which can take from 20 minutes to 5 hours or in one case, after filing the third ticket and within an hour the account is being reverted. While some unlucky ones, unfortunately, had to witness their account being disabled and deleted as it was used to spam/raid servers.
As to what I've heard, during the “oops I've reported your ass and you better go appeal or we both get banned” event, it was possible that when we are required to change the email, our token was being acquired by the scammers using a raider, but since me myself wasn't an IT expertise, I have no comment but to share the information out to be discussed.
I do understand the rage and anxiety everyone is having as me myself is feeling it grow inside me as well, as a matter of fact, I filled my ticket 8 days ago and the last activity was me telling them that my account is already trying to scam others, asking them if they could temporarily stop my account from any activities, but yet, only crickets had arrived to my side laughing my silly ass trusting such scam, maybe I shouldn't be friendly to anyone asking for help at the start hm?

Mine at least stopped scamming people since March 18th and been trying to get back on there. I have a current ticket with no Clyde response and an hour later after I made the follow up I got a ticket escalation from Bell Pepper. I just hope they take my request seriously as I've read up it's a good indicator that it's up there with Support and hopefully that I get my account back soon.
