    Curious but how many tickets did you send them if you send them a new ticket there to get your main acc back?

    I was hacked since Jan 22 2024 and I'm trying to get my account back. I recently sent in another ticket.

    Xionkai I got a response in the ticket before but i put the wrong email. After creating this ticket, I sent 2 duplicate tickets after this ticket but honestly they didn't matter cuz they got marked as solved.

    Theultimatetd222 Damn earlier than me. I was also pissed before about how newer tickets get solved first, so I hope yours get solved asap.

    Ahh I see there Jaydon, I'm still waiting on them to respond to the open status tickets I have despite me accidently send them 6 tickets(1 from open status ticket) due to panic mode when I got hacked on discord there

    2. Expect a long waiting time (like mine)

    3. Dm discord support on X about your ticket to feel better 💀

    4. Make sure that your original email is not connected to any account.

    any advice when the hacker puts your original email on another acc? assuming its actually someone elses compromised acc. (it has a 2fa and it's the only reason why i can't change the pass and access it.)

    shiba Oh my, maybe u can ask support to disable the acc that has your email and let you reset the password on it so that you can remove the email from it, then you can try asking support again to disable your main account? That's just doubled the work honestly and please don't take what I say srsly cuz I'm not sure about this sorry.

    i asked support only to come back with it telling me that 
    "Hello,

    It appears that the email you are writing in from was not originally associated with the account. In order to verify that you originally owned the account, we need you to file a new ticket and write to us from the email address previously linked to the account in question.

    You can provide the new ticket ID in your response to us so that you do not need to wait more to get your new ticket reviewed. Your new ticket ID can be found in the top left of the email you receive after you create your ticket.
    To reiterate, create a new ticket with the original email associated with the account and not from the email you are currently writing in from."

    Hi! may I confirm?

     I also got hacked by the same scam as you. Before the scammer asked me to replace my email with the email they sent (an email with the bullshit Hotmail database), I replaced my email with another email.

     For example, the previous day I used my email A on my discord, and I replaced my email with email B before changing my email with the email they sent. I've been sending tickets using my email B. Should I send tickets using email A?

    But then again, they always replied to me with the same answer before closed my ticket without me receiving any help. Doesn’t it mean I send my ticket with the right email?

    Hi Kamilamiron17, you should send a ticket with email B, basically the email you had before your acc was compromised. If your tickets were closed without a reply from them, it is because you were sending duplicate tickets. You should be patient with the only ticket that should still be open and update your information in that ticket by adding a reply.

    Thanks. Then I’m right with sending ticket using the B email.

    Also, I’m always send a new ticket after my last ticket got solved. Before, they always closed my ticket after inform me that my ticket has been escalated. But now they’re solved my ticket without any reply nor help. I’m afraid that they marked me as a scammer even though I send a new ticket after the last one got solved.

    I already send another ticket today 3 hours ago without big hope. I just want my account back.

    Well that's weird. Maybe show me a screenshot of your first ticket. Also have u tried dming discord support on X about your situation?

    I send around 3 reply on my first ticket. I was send around 6 tickets on the first day out of panic, but then I stop and sending a new ticket after my last ticket got closed. After a couple of days I got a reply from Grimjoww

    And after this ticket got closed, I send another ticket everytime my ticket got closed.

    I'm sorry but it may actually mean it's the end of the road for your acc, unless you did not create your ticket properly with enough proof. So did you DM discord support on X or not?

    Also, I did dm on discord support X/twitter but there is no reply. After I send my ticket today, I dmed them my ticket number. Still no reply. The main twitter of discord also didn’t help.

    I did send bunch of evidence photo. 
    I don’t understand. Like, my friend also got scammed and hacked with the same way as me, and he got his account back only by sending a short explanation and 3 pictures, and then he got his account back within an hour. 
    While I’m writing a complete story about how I got scammed and the discord didn’t give me any help. 
    Today I’m sending the same message as him on my ticket with a little edit and send around 8 pictures for evidence. Although I didn’t have any big hope, I just want my discord back.

    I think it’s a bad news for me.

    My friend said it was a big mistake to send 3 tickets on the same day the first time sending tickets to discord because that would make our email marked as a scammer. And that's what I did the first day I was hacked. Even though it seems hopeless, I'll keep trying to send them tickets.

    Kamilamiron17 Ahh, I still have my first ticket with the Open Status I need them to reply and update my open status ticket since it hasn't got a bot reply or human reply yet, as me on March accidently has 6 other tickets with “solved” aka closed but has the option to reply due to being in Panic x.x

    Is this the first time you’ve send ticket to them? Or you’ve ever send them ticket in the past? Because I ever do try to reopen my ticket with the follow up but it got closed immediately. And maybe the discord already marked me as a scammer because I send 5 ticket in a row on the same day. But I still gonna try to send another ticket, even though it hopeless.

    Kamilamiron17 I've sent my first Ticket around at March 17th after realizing I got scammed, tricked while looking up about the discord scammer's name on Reddit and my main discord acc got hacked and while I had to question discord support about it on the 2nd ticket and they confirmed it was a discord scam trends that's been going around for a while in Discord and then the panic started in me there and yeah.. x.x

    Kamilamiron17 and oh yeah, if all your Ticket gets closed, I think try to make another ticket and when you get to the options while creating a ticket, as user BillyTwo says "You have to say "yes" for the choice that say if you got an email that your email in discord changed+ the username of your old account (not the legacy one) and also send some more screenshots (at least 5)" pretty sure it's how the user BillyTwo got their main discord acc back!
